Online Banking

With online banking, you’re able to safely manage all of your accounts at USF FCU from the convenience of your couch.

  • View balances, transaction history and holds/pending items
  • Transfer funds between internal accounts
  • Pay bills or send money electronically via Bill Pay (checking accounts only)
  • Pay your loan or Visa via internal transfer or from an external account
  • View e-Statements
  • View cleared check images
  • Request a Visa balance transfer
  • Skip a loan payment (on eligible loans only)
  • Apply for a loan or open an additional account
  • Sign up for account alerts via text or email
  • Request a stop payment
  • Reorder checks
  • Send secure messages to credit union staff
  • Update your contact information (ex. phone number(s), email address, and physical and/or mailing address)

To log in for the first time, use the following temporary information:

User name: ZZ + Your member number (ex. ZZ123456)

Password: ZZZZ + Last four digits of primary account holder’s social security number (ex. ZZZZ1234)

Note: The letter "Z" must be capitalized 

Upon login, you will be prompted to change your password, establish security questions, select a personal security image (referred to as a "watermark"), and identify a password reset question and answer.


Account Alerts

To enroll in alerts, log in to online banking and select “Settings” from the navigation menu and then “Alerts” from the sub-menu. If you would like to receive text alerts, add your mobile number in the Alerts Settings section. Review the various alert options and choose whether you would like to be alerted upon log in, via text or email. (You can select multiple alert methods).

Types of account alerts available include:

  • When an account balance goes above or below a set amount
  • When a transaction exceeds a set amount
  • Reminder 5 days before loan payment is due
  • Reminder 5 days before a Certificate matures
  • When an account has insufficient funds
  • When an automatic transfer is set to expire or fails
  • When a username or password is changed
