Conversion Timeline

Friday Oct. 19

9:00 AM EST: Changes to usernames or passwords after this point may impact successful conversion into the new platform.

Monday Oct. 22

4:00 PM EST: Planned Bill Pay outage. 

Evening: Delete old mobile app and any bookmarks or saved favorites that link to the old online banking login page.

11:59 PM EST: Planned mobile banking outage.

Tuesday Oct. 23

9:00 AM EST: New online and mobile banking system, with Bill Pay, goes live.

  • Log into new online banking from
  • Confirm Bill Pay payees and payments successfully converted.

Your New Dashboard View

The Dashboard is your landing page, or "home", in the new Digital Banking system. From here, you have a snapshot of your entire relationship.

  • Widgets - These buttons on the left-hand side are your navigation menu (how you move around to various functions within the system)
  • Account snapshot - See all your accounts and balances in one place (including Primary and Joint accounts, loans, mortgages and credit cards)
  • Recent and upcoming activity lets you know what has occurred and what is coming soon
  • Quick Links to common actions
