An Update on Coronavirus (COVID -19)

The spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) has all of our attention. We want you to know that USF FCU is doing everything possible to keep our members and employees safe, while delivering the best member experience possible. Your funds are insured, safe and secure.

Important Updates

3PM ET 3/19/20

To help ensure the health and safety of our valued members and dedicated employees, USF Federal Credit Union closed its branch lobbies. Drive-thrus are open for business with extended hours.

M-F 8 am – 6 pm
Sat. 9 am – 1 pm (Main office and New Tampa branch only)


In addition, we do allow members to visit our lobbies by appointment only for business that can’t be handled at the drive-thru or through digital banking. While this move to close our lobbies is unfortunate, protecting our members and staff from the coronavirus is a top priority. Please note: You will be asked appropriate screening questions to verify your identity/health before you are allowed to enter the branch. For the safety of our employees and fellow members, we ask that if you have any form of illness (fever, cough, shortness of breath, etc) that you refrain from visiting any of our facilities.

HOW TO ACCESS YOUR ACCOUNTS

Please be assured your accounts and funds are safe and secure. And you can access your accounts through our digital banking system, ATMs and our drive-thrus. If you haven’t yet signed up for digital banking, we strongly encourage you to do so now. Digital banking allows you to pay bills, move money between accounts, manage credit and debit cards, and even deposit checks via our mobile app.

MAKING AN APPOINTMENT TO VISIT A LOBBY

To make an appointment to visit one of our branch lobbies during regular business hours, please call 813.569.2000 and speak with a contact center representative.

 

CONTACT CENTER HOURS EXPANDED

In addition, we expanded the hours of our contact center in order to better serve you by phone.

Our contact center employees can answer your questions, help you manage your accounts and get you started in digital banking. Please know that we are experiencing high call volumes at the present time, so wait times may be long. 

Note: Members who need to access safe deposit boxes at our Main Office on USF Palm Drive may call our contact center and make an appointment to access the branch.
