The spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) has all of our attention. We want you to know that USF FCU is doing everything possible to keep our members and employees safe, while delivering the best member experience possible. Your funds are insured, safe and secure.

Lobbies are open for limited services, all drive-thrus open

The lobbies at our main branch (USF Palm Drive), New Tampa Branch, Sarasota Branch and St. Pete Branch are open for limited services. Masks are required. For all teller transactions, please use the drive-thru (if available). The drive-thru is open during business hours for USF FCU members only. Our Marshall Student Center branch will remain temporarily closed.

We encourage you to continue to conduct transactions through digital banking when possible.

We ask that if you have any form of illness (fever, cough, shortness of breath, etc.) that you refrain from visiting any of our facilities.

  • We will be asking members health-related questions before entering the branch.
  • We may ask to take your temperature before entering the branch.
  • Masks will be required and provided at the time of entry.
  • Our employees will be wearing masks or face coverings.
  • Sneeze guards have been installed in the branches.
  • Sanitizer stations are available for your use.
  • Branches are deep cleaned and sanitized on a regular basis.

We encourage you to continue to conduct banking transactions online through our digital banking platform. Digital banking will provide anytime, anywhere access, 24/7. If you haven’t yet signed up for digital banking, register online anytime.
