Information for Former WCFECU Members

REPLACEMENT ATM & DEBIT CARDS

Replacement USF FCU-branded ATM and debit cards will arrive in the mail mid-September, but will not work until October 1, 2017.  You may activate your card and select your  PIN upon receipt, but may not use the card until Oct. 1.

Your West Coast ATM and debit cards will stop working on September 29, 2017. Please make arrangements and have cash on hand until you can use your USF FCU card on Oct. 1.

RESTRICTIONS TO ONLINE & MOBILE BANKING, BILL PAY

With the system conversion, you will be transitioning to a new digital banking and Bill Pay system.  Transaction history and payees will not transfer to the new system.  Your default log-in credentials for the new system are provided in the merger guide above.  

  • Sept. 15 - Please do not schedule any Bill Pay payments or transfers to occur after this date
  • Sept. 26 - Access to Mobile Banking and Bill Pay will be discontinued. Future-dated and recurring transfers may no longer be scheduled in Online Banking
  • Sept. 27 - Online Banking goes into "read only" mode.  No transfers or transactions may be conducted. 

TEMPORARY SERVICE OUTAGE SCHEDULED

At the close of business on Friday, September 29, online and mobile banking (including Bill Pay) and audio banking will be unavailable during scheduled outage for conversion. Shared Branching will also be unavailable.

SYSTEM CONVERSION COMPLETE

The operating systems merger will be completed on Sunday, October 1.  You may log into the new online banking system beginning October 1 from the home page of usffcu.com using your new default username and password.

CHECKS, AUTOMATIC PAYMENTS AND DIRECT DEPOSIT

On October 2, please begin updating your checks, automatic payments and direct deposits with your new account number and the USF FCU routing number (263183159). Your direct deposits and automatic payments will continue to post to your WCFECU account as they have previously, and you have until December 31, 2017, to ensure no disruption in service. Please do not make any changes to your account until after the merger is complete on Monday, October 2. 

If you are enrolled in WCFECU Bill Pay, you will need to log into usffcu.com on or after October 1 to access your new online banking system, enroll in Bill Pay and add your Payees to schedule payments.
